do myspace friend adders work

What’s the difference between promoting and spamming?

Let’s say that I’m on myspace and I want to promote my music. So a musician may use a friend adder or train or whatever in order to promote their music. However, the myspace staff sees it as spam when all they’re trying to do is promote. They’re not asking for money or luring people to bogus sites or porn or whatever. Then that band’s hard work goes into waste if their myspace account is deleted because the myspace staff thinks they’re just spamming.

How does one tell the difference between promoting or spamming? How do you promote on myspace without making it look like you’re spamming? Right now, there’s a lot of issues on myspace with accounts being blocked because of suspicious of spam behavior like mass comments, friend requests etc… I had my account blocked for those reasons twice and I haven’t done much on myspace, not even commented or requested for friends in at least a week! I know it’s a glitch but I wanted to know the difference.

Hmmm…..

spamming is for noobbshhh
promoting is for the smarties!
