Should I ask a guy about this.?

I’ve been talking to this guy I met online for about 2 months now. we talk on IM and on the phone. He seems like a nice guy, and I really like him alot. I found something yesterday that really bothered me. I was checking my friends status updates on myspace. Some girl commented on his status.This is what it said.

hey when do you want to see harley and holly i figger i would ask you becasue you have not made a move to ask me they have being born for 5 week now and you have not even call and check on them i did not make them by my self……

He told me he didn’t have any children. I want to ask him about it but I don’t know if I should. I don’t know if it’s any of my business. I don’t know how to ask him. Should I ask him about it or not?
