If you make a remix of a song writer, say "No" Day Night, by Kid Cudi, it is illegal to share?
I make remixes of songs and put them on myspace. I was wondering if I can stop to do it. I change the order of words, and the height and add words, and sometimes change beats. and if not, can you show me the proof?
its not illegal if you do not put on a CD and sell because it's taking someone else's material and make profits from it. Say if a person went to a talent competition they use someone else's song, but it is not illegal.
