Has anyone used “Coolchase: Myspace Layout Editor”?

I googled pink harley davidson layouts, and they pulled up some cool layouts, but no codes, they apparently want to make your own and then give them ur email info!!!
I’m not feelin the trust here. Wondering if anyone has used them, can they be trusted?
