How do I add a song to my myspace bulletins?

Okay. Well I’ve been trying to figure out how to add a song to my myspace bulletins. How do I do that though?

or try making a myspace music player which you can search for on yahoo. Upload your downloads to a hosting site like fileden.com and put them on your music player, then embed it into your bulletin.
You can also use a site like imeem, but I think myspace may have blocked it.
