I want to make a website, which is free. I need tips and tricks?

I do not want to pay something to make a website. I want to do a bit like a "whole" with the site .. like blogs, and codes and graphics for MySpace and stuff like that .. And advice or ideas or pref name. i may start site for!? please help .. thank you (:

First you need accommodation. There are many hosting sites free, but offer little Cpanel. I prefer x10hosting.com because their free server is quite reliable and offer Cpanel with several databases. Your site will be something like http://YOURNAME.x10hosting.com and if you want it to say www.yourname.com you'll need to pay for domain registration. Now that you have accommodation, you must configure the Web site. Another thing I like is that the x10hosting Cpanel gives you some options for that. Joomla is my preferred option. You should be able to install with one click, and then there's a setup as the password and so on. Now that Joomla is installed on your free host, you must add a template to it enough. A site like http://prowebcreative.com/ give you some free, but what I want to do is find those really nice dear, and then download them via bittorrent or newsgroups for free;) So now that you have a free site on a free service with a nice free template, you can start filling it with content. Basically there are 2 parts to joomla. Plugins and modules. Plugins are programs that run background that control how things look and work. For example, there is a plugin that allows you to convert a code you type to see one of your Flickr galleries. So you type in [flickr = 2835835285] and the location of this gallery you see specific and updated when you change the gallery. Modules are what you see on your website. You can get modules that display RSS feeds or local weather or whatever you want to view. Joomla is an interface that can really free look very nice and is extremely easy to update and control.
