How do I deal with someone like this?
I have this friend who is so insecure she talks about people behind their backs. I have caught her talking bad about me on her myspace page. She constantly talks bad about one of her friends named Kristy. She says this friend Kristy is so spoiled and has had like 5 jobs in only a year. She shares with me private marital problems Kristy is having in a negative way, not in a caring way. Also, Kristy stands her up all the time. They’ll make plans and Kristy will do a no show and not even call her to cancel. Recently, I shared with my friend my first impression of Kristy just saying a short comment about Kristy not having good manners. Well, this friend of mine bit my head off and said she was offended. It seems strange for her to bash Kristy to me and then when I share a simple first impression, I get told I’m rude and she was offended. Is this friend of mine two-faced? What should I do?
I would find a new friend… True friends like diamonds, precious and rare, False friends like autumn leaves, scattered everywhere.
