How do you frame text online?

I see it on myspace all the time… when someone has a cute poem or some quotes in a frame… but it’s nicely done and I’m guessing it’s some sort of template.

How do you do this?

Gah! That’s why I stay away from Myspace. If you want to do anything to your page, you have to get some HTML code and put it in the right place. I can’t be bothered with all that!
No doubt there is a template you could copy and paste to use for your own Myspace, from one of those Myspace Comment sites or those Glitter Graphic sites.
