I cant get my music download to work?

I got a Vitamin Water with a code to download a free mp3 from Myspace but when i put it in it brings up a message saying that there is something wrong with the code. It’s broken up kind of weird and I can’t tell how to put the code in.

I have that problem a lot just take and put in the code exactly on the bottle if it is in caps put it in caps if it has a lot of spaces in it than put the spaces just keep trying it and read it over and over until you get it correct
