All about MySpace

I had started learning HTML about 3 years ago. I got sick of it after about a day or two and went on to doing other things. But then I heard about marketing possibilities and making money from website design. I immediately started researching what I needed to know to make a great website. Sure enough, I had to learn some HTML. The HTML language came fast because it was a review but the next challenge I found was to learn PHP and MYSQL programming. This would help me make the search engine and setup databases.

PHP has been a great learning experience. I have learned about variables functions and statements. Previously I was learning some C-Sharp programming but OOP (Object Oriented Programming) can be much harder than procedural (read it like a book, top to bottom) PHP. I started getting a few books from Amazon and reading through them but the best thing that helped me learn was forums and website that had tutorials and premade stuff to look over and discuss.

So far, I have about four website with my newest one http://www.wallpapersearch.net/. I hope you visit this website and take the survey that will be up soon. I have not made much money from website advertisements but I have heard that once you get good traffic it is best to get individual companies to buy some ad space and design an ad for them. I am still in high school but am graduating this year and plan on going into some kind of programming career. I hope I have opened some new doors for people and encourage all of you to find a dream and run with it.
