The metro services only the Capital! The whole country is suffering to build this! It is being done by the President so he can have a legacy and so he can get a lot of money in payoffs!
We live in a country with power shortages and blackouts! We suffered through days with up to 22 hours without electric! We have blackouts every day here and several times a day! How the heck are we going to keep trains going???? JUST STUPID!
He is the worst President I can remember and even worse than the last one Hippo who I thought was terrible!
