I need help wit Yoville.com ASAP?

My friend Ladder isnt woking. When i add people they add but when i sign off there gone. if a delete a person then they my friend again when i sign back on. this happens with myspace friends, facebook friends, and people met in the the game. Please help my which ever answer works will get 10 points. Answer ASAP!!!

It’s a known issue, the devs at Zynga are woking on the problems, lots of people are experiencing the same issues
